Tickets are valid only for the film, theatre, showtime and date specified. All convenience fees/service fees are non-refundable.

Purchased from location box office: Refunds can only be provided before the showtime at the location box office in which the tickets were purchased. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided after the showtime. 

MarcusTheatres.com or Marcus Theatres mobile app: Refunds will only be provided up to 30 minutes before the showtime through our website at https://ticketing.marcustheatres.com/retrieve-booking. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided after the showtime. Click here to get a ticket refund. 

Purchased via Fandango:  You can contact Fandango at 866-857-5191 for a refund before the showtime.
