Want to know more about how The Wall works? Here are answers to some frequently asked questions:

  • The Wall is a way to enjoy sports like never before. The dedicated sport-viewing experience features a dynamic large front Wall screen with a laser projection system, eight HDTV displays mounted throughout, premium sound, comfy DreamLounger recliner seating and your go-to game day food and beverages.

  • Admission to The Wall is free and on a first come / first served basis. Simply stop at the box office at Marcus Gurnee Cinema.

  • No. Guests just need to check in at the box office for free admission to The Wall.

  • No. At this time, just check in at the Gurnee Cinema box office for free admission to The Wall.

  • The Wall opens Monday thru Thursday at 3pm and Friday thru Sunday at 11am. Closing time is 10pm seven days a week unless a big game goes long! Seasons, sports and Major events will also impact opening and closing hours. Please see our website for the most up to date schedule.

  • Yes. The Wall has upgraded free high-speed WIFI for guests interested in engaging in State of Illinois - regulated online sports gambling activities from their own personal online sports betting accounts using their phones or other devices.

  • The programming changes daily with a focus on premiere and local events. We also are able to accommodate specific sports requests when possible

  • No. Guests are welcome to arrive at their leisure and stay as long as they like, but saving seats may not be allowed due to capacity.

  • The Wall is the ultimate sports viewing experience featuring go-to game-day food and drink options. If we serve it in the building you can get it at The Wall.

  • Yes. Alcohol is allowed for guests 21 and above. Guests present an ID when the initial drink order is placed, and a wristband is issued at that time.

  • Yes. The Wall has been upgraded with high-speed WIFI for all guests.

  • Yes. Prior to arrival or upon entering The Wall, guests download a free app called Listen Everywhere. That technology allows a guest to tune into the audio of any display in The Wall through a mobile phone, using personal ear buds. The main screen is the featured audio in the auditorium and what guests will hear without ear buds.

  • Yes. Every DreamLounger is equipped with its own table and USB charging station, located near the reclining seat buttons. It allows guests to stay connected to favorite teams and sports betting apps.
