I Am Bruce Lee tells the amazing story of one of the greatest human beings ever to enter the public consciousness. Voted as one of the most important people of the 20th century by Time Magazine’s Time 100 as well as listed as one of the Greatest Pop Culture Icons by People Magazine, Bruce Lee continues to be honored for his magnificent legacy.

This stunning documentary is a cinematic tribute to Lee’s life and his ever-expanding impact in the world of martial arts, entertainment and beyond – despite his sudden death at the age of 32.

Rare, behind the scenes footage of unseen home movies, classic photos and dynamic visuals will take the viewer on an emotional journey into the legendary master’s life. A series of compelling interviews feature those who knew Lee best, and were touched by his legacy, including UFC President Dana White, UFC athletes Jon Jones, Cung Le, Stephan Bonnar and Gina Carano, basketball superstar Kobe Bryant, actors Mickey Rourke and Ed

O’Neill, boxing champions Manny Pacquiao and Ray “Boom Boom” Mancini, the Black Eyed Peas’ Taboo and Lee’s loving family and friends. As the “Father of Mixed Martial Arts,” Lee’s spirit remains an inspiration to millions around the world, and I Am Bruce Lee tells his story in a way never seen before.

This documentary is produced by award-winning studio Network Entertainment, the producers of 2010’s Academy Award shortlisted documentary Facing Ali. I Am Bruce Lee was directed by acclaimed filmmaker Pete McCormack with assistance from Shannon Lee, Lee’s daughter and the executive producer for the film.
